Farting with Auntie Tar-Tar...

Siena is somewhat serious and although she likes to smile a lot she doesn't laugh too often. However, you can tell that she is enjoying herself here while Natasha is farting on her stomach. Natasha is one of the few people that can make Siena laugh. 

Six months...

Siena turned six months old this past friday. Oh my goodness!

Six things she enjoys:

1. Interacting with people she meets on the street and in stores.

2. Taking baths.

3. Observing her cousins as they play.

4. Playing peek-a-boo.

5. Her girl dog Georgia.

6. Jumping in the jolly jumper.

Sharing...

Siena and her friend Lucy played the other day. Lucy, who is older and wiser, was showing Siena how to share. Lucy would hand Siena a plastic ball waiting until Siena took it from her hand. 

Music class...

Today we started music class with Mara and Dottie. Siena slept through the first half, but enjoyed the dancing and singing when she finally woke-up. Dottie and Siena were just too cute together as always.  

Camping!

Siena went camping for the first time this past weekend. We joined Giancarlo and his family up north at their land called Haven. Siena slept in a tent, drove on a bumpy dirt road, swung in a hammock, watched her cousins jump on the trampoline, it was just good old fun! 

Nice...

Just some nice photos I wanted to share. The one of Nick, Jeff, and Siena was taken on Father's Day before the boys went to a baseball game. The other photo is Grandma Mimi when she came for a visit to celebrate Nick's 30th and visit with Siena. It was nice to have her close by for a couple weeks. 

Stinson Beach...

Siena spent some time on the beach last week. The weather was amazing. We had a wonderful time visiting with Giancarlo, Nuria, Khalil, Ayamila, and Tutu Bobbin. 

Toys...

Toys have become an important part of play these days. Levi and Siena took turns sucking on a variety of wooden animals the other day.  

Food...

Nick has been really wanting to feed Siena and I think she has really been wanting to eat. So on Nick's 30th birthday he fed her banana and she loved it. We fed her some more today and she was almost jumping out of her highchair. She also has a taste for beer (don't worry she isn't really drinking it). 

Sitting up!

Siena started sitting up! She has been practicing her new skill over the last week and is getting very good at it. Rebecca stopped by for a quick visit and got to witness Siena's new skill firsthand.

It's picnic weather!

The weather has been so beautiful lately, we decided to have a picnic with the ladies. It was lots of fun watching Isobel play. I look forward to watching Siena run in the grass and go down the slide.

4 years...

Today Nick and I have been married for 4 years. I'm so grateful to have a family with him.

When Natasha talks in this made up language of hers, she can get Siena to laugh. It's pretty funny to watch!
