recently we went on a family vacation to the russian river. it was a relaxing long weekend. siena is a very good traveler (she isn't always flexible, but she is very adaptable). she likes new places and new experiences, plus on this vacation she got a lot of attention from her auntie tashi and papa. i don't think she had one breakdown while we were away. nick and siena went kayaking on the river, we walked to a local community garden and sampled the goods, siena and cousin sophia played in the barbie jeep, we ran on the beach and saw mommy and baby seals, and we celebrated great grandma magda's birthday. it was a treat!
