siena had her official last day at daycare on thursday and she'll be starting preschool on tuesday. since rocco will still be attending wawasi we aren't saying good-bye forever, but it is still quite sad. siena has been there since she was 20 months old. her teachers are like her other family and we are so grateful for all their love. on her last day all the kids wore pajamas and even got to watch a little movie. i brought cookies in the afternoon and then we said our good-byes. we're crossing our fingers that it will be a smooth transition to preschool. i think rocco will be sad to not have his sister at daycare, but in this picture he was upset because i wouldn't give him another cookie, silly guy.
