we had a small baby naming ceremony for rocco ziv at my parents home the weekend of the 4th. the weather was perfect and the mood pleasant. a baby naming is a nice way to present your child to both your community and the world. rocco slept through most of the event, but i think he understood what was happening. we ended the morning with a dip in the neighbor's pool and a nice long nap.
